Worked closely with the Princess team at Disney to create a dollhouse based on Ariel. The challenge was to create a dollhouse play pattern that incorporated all the locations from the original movie.
My concept was to create an under the sea world for King Triton’s throne room and Ariel’s grotto on the first floor. Printed acrylic windows allow light to come in and help create this ocean world. Eric’s castle sits on the top two floors and incorporates rooms from the movie like the dining hall and kitchen. I was a huge Ariel fan when I was younger so this was really a dream project to work on.

Designed exclusively for Target 2019 holiday. For art direction, the challenge was to create two different, but cohesive looks for these play kitchens. Our new copper plastics and backsplash artwork tie these two together. The Caramel Ash finish I had developed for our new furniture line gives the Taverna kitchen a modern, high-end look. While the matte black structure of the Artisan Island gives it a bold and dynamic look.

A concept of mine for a new reading nook for kids to hang out in. I was inspired by DIY reading nooks and corners parents were making for their kids. It works as a perfect hang out spot for kids to read and relax.

New role play destination for kids to play store. I chose a dark, modern color palette for the structure and accented with pops of mint green in the accessories. The magnet artwork along with the play food really help make the set look fun and colorful.
Farmers Market and Ice Cream Packs are additional sets developed to work with this system.
